Growth & Partnerships Associate
Help turn a growing software product into a growing customer base. Significant freedom to experiment with how and where you find customers.
Responsibilities
- Introduce dwellscribe to prospective customers
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities
- Develop relationships with potential partners
- Experiment with different sales channels and approaches
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the product team
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Resourceful and willing to experiment with different approaches
- Comfortable selling and demonstrating a new product
- Sales or business-development experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
Commission-based with no required schedule or minimum hours. Compensation is tied directly to the recurring subscription revenue generated by customers you bring to dwellscribe.
Business Operations Associate
A resourceful generalist who can help with the day-to-day work of growing an early-stage software company across different areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Help respond to customer questions, emails, and general requests
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction — follow up, resolve issues, make people feel taken care of
- Assist with marketing and online presence, including Google Business Profiles, advertising, and other digital channels
- Handle research, data gathering, documentation, and other operational tasks
- Help test and improve customer-facing processes and experiences
- Take ownership of miscellaneous projects and day-to-day tasks as they come up
Qualifications
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software, tools, and processes
- Resourceful and able to figure things out without extensive direction
- Flexible and comfortable working across different areas of a growing business

Senior Software Engineer
Own features end-to-end on a live production SaaS product with real paying customers. Ship code that matters every week.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship user-facing features across the full stack (frontend + backend + infrastructure)
- Write clean, tested code that works the first time in production
- Own technical decisions for features you build — architecture, data model, API design
- Write Playwright integration tests for everything you ship
- Review and improve existing code, fix production bugs quickly
- Deploy confidently using CDK, Lambda, and S3/CloudFront
Qualifications
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Strong with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Comfortable with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito, CDK)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Writes tests without being asked. Ships without hand-holding
- Can read existing code, understand patterns, and match the style
- Communicates clearly and concisely

Brand & Marketing Lead
Build on an established brand foundation — refining, expanding, and amplifying dwellscribe's marketing through campaigns, content, and messaging that connects with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across advertising, social media, email, and other channels
- Write compelling copy and messaging for the website, ads, emails, and product communications
- Propose and iterate on brand refinements — evolving visual and verbal identity over time in collaboration with the founder
- Create marketing content: graphics, ad creative, social posts, blog content, and landing page copy
- Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve results
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills — can turn product features into benefits people feel
- Experience with digital marketing, advertising, or brand strategy
- A good eye for design and presentation, even if not a designer by trade
- Comfortable working within an existing brand while finding ways to make it stronger
- Self-directed and comfortable experimenting without a large team or rigid process
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, social media platforms, Canva, or similar
